Our delivery times are based on our best estimates and are not guaranteed. Once the package is sent to our shipping provider, it’s in their hands (though if you choose the tracking option when you place your order, you’ll be able to follow its progress).
We are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)
