RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at hello@weirli.com and we’ll be happy to address your concern.
DELIVERY TIME
Our delivery times are based on our best estimates and are not guaranteed. Once the package is sent to our shipping provider, it’s in their hands (though if you choose the tracking option when you place your order, you’ll be able to follow its progress).
We are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- Wrong addresses were given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Items are processed in three to four business days and then shipped via Canada Post. We’ll send you an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email. Expedited shipping and tracking options can be selected during checkout.

WHERE CAN I USE THE SOAP?
We’ve formulated this soap for your body; facial skin can be very sensitive and may not enjoy the effect. If you have particularly sensitive skin, a small test patch may be a good idea: wait 24 hours to see if any reaction occurs, and stop using if you do experience irritation.
ARE YOUR SOAPS ORGANIC AND VEGAN?
Yes and no. Our core products are vegan, but we may use silk, sea sponges, or honey in our capsule collections. Not every ingredient in the soap square is certified organic, but we do our very best to use only 100% biodegradable and compostable ingredients.
ARE YOU PLANNING ON CREATING LIQUID SOAP?
Not at this point. While there are recycled or compostable plastics available to us, each city has their own recycling program that may or may not accept these materials. Despite our best intentions, there’s a high risk the containers become single-use plastic that ends up in a landfill — and that’s a risk we’re not willing to take.
WHY DO YOU USE PACKAGING FOR YOUR SOAPS?
Simply put, Canadian label laws require products like ours to be labelled with accurate and meaningful information, which calls for packaging. We’re dedicated to shrinking our carbon footprint and environmental impact, but we must also comply with the Government of Canada’s Packaging and labelling requirements.
